As the founder of Monument Venture Marketing, I provide relevant marketing expertise, skills and experience, on a fractional or full-time basis, to address your organization's goals. My career as a marketing leader for organizations large and small, public and private, local and international, has provided me with the opportunity to work collaboratively at all levels of an organization - the board, leadership, partners, teams and individuals - always with a focus to deliver on the goals of the business.
In addition, this experience translates into an exceptionally strong network of producers and supporting vendors, enabling me to add top-notch talent - writers, designers, event planners, agencies, etc. - to a team or to support a project, quickly and efficiently.
Overall, I’m passionate about collaborating with mission-driven, high-growth companies to help them scale, whether that’s building a marketing organization from scratch or augmenting an existing team or anything in-between. From crafting a marketing plan and budget that creates sales momentum and product demand, to overseeing the selection of an outside agency, to helping to run a specific event or launch a new brand or product, I offer complete flexibility to meet your business needs.

I’m a seasoned marketing pro with extensive experience in running marketing for B2B and B2B2C-technology organizations, including several early-stage startups, and for the last 15 years, leading marketing for companies in the healthcare technology space. My experience runs the gamut from building and overseeing high-growth marketing plans and teams, to website overhauls, to helping companies tell their unique story to the marketplace and differentiate their brand.
For advertising and communications agencies
Working for over a decade in Boston-based advertising agencies, as media director and heavily involved in new business development, gave me an excellent understanding of what it takes to delight clients as well as how to identify good new business prospects and win their business.
